“If God really loves me so much, why doesn’t He give me what I think will fill me?” Let’s be honest with ourselves: no matter how much we try to push this insidious thought away, it creeps into our brains again and again. Especially when life is going through difficult times: a marriage falling apart, a constant lack of money, illness, the death of a loved one, and finally, war.
